Resort Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

​

1.1 Reservation Confirmation: All bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as per the chosen plan.


1.2 Payment Options: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or UPI as specified at the time of booking.


1.3 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 15 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

  • No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.

1.4 No-Show Policy: Failure to check in without prior notice will result in a 100% booking charge.

2. Check-In and Check-Out:

​

2.1 Check-In Time: 12:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be accommodated subject to availability.


2.2 Check-Out Time: 12:30 PM. Late check-out requests may incur additional charges.


2.3 A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.

3. Guest Policies:

​

3.1 Occupancy Limits: Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking. Additional guests may incur extra charges.


3.2 Children Policy:

  • Children below 8 years stay complimentary with parents (without extra bedding).

  • Charges apply for children aged 8 and above.
     

3.3 Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is granted.

4. Resort Rules:

​

4.1 Quiet Hours: Guests are requested to maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect other guests’ comfort.


4.2 Damage to Property: Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.


4.3 Prohibited Activities: Smoking indoors, unauthorized parties, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Amenities and Services:

​

5.1 Use of Facilities: Resort amenities such as the pool and trails are for the use of registered guests only.


5.2 Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for their own safety while engaging in outdoor activities such as trekking or swimming. Cloud9Villa will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries.


5.3 Meal Timings: Meals will be served at designated hours as per the resort’s schedule.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:

​

6.1 Guest Information: Personal information collected during booking will be used only for the purpose of managing reservations and ensuring a seamless stay.


6.2 Surveillance: CCTV is in operation 24/7 in public areas for safety and security purposes.

7. Force Majeure:

Cloud9Villa will not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

​

8. Legal Compliance:

All guests are expected to comply with local laws and regulations during their stay.
